I am directed to inform you that the competent authority in the School Education Department has decided that all the items in same quantity as distributed previously in the month of April 2021 will continue to be distributed for the month of May 2021 also.
Payment should made out of cooking cost.

With reference to above, I am directed to inform you that distribution of Mid-day-Meal materials among the guardians of Mid-day-Meal beneficiary students for the month of May 2021 will continue at respective school point.
You are requested kindly arrange availability of following materials per student at respective school point well in advance so that distribution may start in time.

Distribution of School Bag and Shoes during Mid-day-Meal distribution

All concerned SI/s are hereby informed that School Bag and Shoes will be distribution during distribution of Mid-day-Meal in May 2021 (Scheduled to be distribution on and from 17th May to 20th May 2021).
So, you are therefore instructed to take necessary steps regarding this (Holding V.C with Head of the Institution of concerned Schools)
Further it is stated for the month of May, School will procure Mid-day-Meal materials other that supplied rice and money will be credited to schools accounts for this.
You are hereby informed to look into the matter of quality of materials without any compromise.

With reference to above the undersigned has to request them to take necessary steps for distribution of dry ration covered under Mid-day-Meal Programme keeping school office open and to maintain a roster with 50 percent staff of their esteemed institutions to run the said distribution properly.
They are also requested to carry out the Order No. 1874/S/N by WBBSE dated 05.05.2021 regarding Extension of Joining time if applicable and to take necessary steps for nomination of eligible students for Vidyasagar Science Olympiad keeping in mind the closing date is 15.05.2021.

Register/ Muster Roll to be maintained at the institution level for record and verification.
