It is observed that in spite of several direction from state as well as District Officer, some circles were reluctant to distribute shoes up to beneficiary point.

He/ She in once again requested to look into the matter and take all the possible measures for distribution of School shoes to the guardians within 25.05.2021, if not done within time.

Teachers be directed suitably.

However shoes be kept safely and securely at a safe place to prevent all sorts of possible damages. Responsibility will be fixed up if any damage is reported in future.
A compliance report be sent within 25.05.2021.
The matter is urgent.
