Marks Entry for Madhyamik Examination to new Website

This is to notify to all Recongnised X-Class Institution under West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE), "A Unique Website" has been introduced by the Board for collection of Marks of Annual Examination of Class IX for the appeared Regular Candidates of Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E) 2021.

All Heads of the Institution are instructed to open URL https://www.wbbsedata.com (on and from 11:00 am 21.06.2021) and follow the Instruction. Login process and marks fill-up process has been reflected in "Instruction" tab of the Website.

This is further to be noted that, Subject wise Marks (Out of 100) of each candidate to be entered as per list shown in the Website for respective Institution. Name and Registration Number of the Candidate must be checked twice before entering the Marks. Submission of Marks must be completed within 4 days i.e. within 24th June 2021.

Marks Register of the Institution of Class IX must be ready for submission to the Board as and when asked.

Any discrepancy/ Tampering found in the Marks Register as well as in submitted marks in the website shall lead action as per rule.

Resubmission of Marks of  class IX for Madhyamik 2021

Notification
This is to notify to Recognised X-class Institution under WBBSE (West Bengal Board of Secondary Education), who requested the Board for resubmission of Marks of  Class IX due to wrong submission of marks, the Board has decided to open the same website (www.wbbsedata.com) from 11:00 am, 27th June 2021 till 11:00 am 28th June 2021. If any discrepancy occurs during resubmitting of marks, no such window will be opened further.

Any discrepancy/Tampering found in the Marks Register as well as in submitted marks in the website shall lead to action as per rule.

The Headmaster/ Teacher in Charge of the following institution (List attached) are requested to submit hard copy of marks foil of Class XI Annual Examination, held between 12.03.2020 to 21.03.2020 for the year 2020 to your respective Regional Office of the Council or to the Head Office of the Council within 23.06.2021, very urgently. Marks not obtained (প্রাপ্ত) from your institution for particular student/students of your school will be marked absent in the Class XI Annual Examination 2020 and subsequently H.S. (Higher Secondary)  Examination Result 2021 may not be published.

Promotion of students from Class XI to Class XII

To All Heads of H.S. Institutions

With reference to our earlier Notification (Memo No. L/PR/54/2021 dated 30.04.2021) like the last year 2020 ans as directed by Hon'ble President, all Higher Secondary Institutions are instructed to compete the formalities related to promotion of students from Class XI to Class XII and admission to Class XII within 15th July 2021. Guardians of the students with proper identity documents may complete the admission procedure on behalf of their wards.

All protocols related to Covid-19 should be strictly maintained.
