Notification for Evaluation of Madrasah

All Heads of the High and Senior Madrasahs (Aided and un-aided), West Bengal

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that WBBME (West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education) has taken following decision for the evaluation of High Madrasah, Alim and Fazil Examination 2021.

High Madrasah and Alim Examination

(A) High Madrasah and Alim (Class X standard) Marks sheets will be prepared based on 

(i) Class IX Annual marks -50% weightage

(ii) Internal Formative Assesment (Project) -50% weightage

To collect the marks of class IX of High Madrasah and Alim "A Unique Website" has been created and will be activated by next week which will be notified later on.

Fazil Examination

(B) for Fazil (Class XII Standard) -Marksheets will be prepared based on following weightage e.g.-

Subject: English

So the candidate's marks of English will be A+B+C = 24+32+18=74

In case of Geography Theoretical marks will be based on 70 and Project 30, but the process will be same.

High Madrasah External Examination

In case of High Madrasah External Candidates-2021, no Test examination has been conducted due to Covid-19 pandemic and we don't have any previous marks with Madrasahs/ Board so the evaluation is not possible. The Board has decided that their candidature will be valid till next High Madrasah Examination conducted by the Board.

In case of High Madrasah, Alim and Fazil Casual and Compartmental candidates Board will notify later on.

If any candidate is not satisfied with the evaluation process of the Board he/she can take examination at an appropriate time to be decided by the authority. In such case the result of written examination will be final.

Notification of Evaluation for High Madrasah and Alim 2021

This is notify to all Recognised High Madrasahs and Senior Madrasahs (Aided and un-aided) under West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education (WBBME), "A Unique Website" has been introduced by the Board for collection of Marks of Annual Examination of Class IX for the appeared Candidates (Regular, Casual and Compartmental) of High Madrasah and Alim Examination 2021.

All Heads of the Madrasahs are instructed to open URL https://www.wbbmedata.com (on and from 11:00 am 27.06.2021) and follow the instruction. Login process and marks fill-up process has been reflected  in "Instruction" tab of the Website.

This is further to be noted that, Subject wise Marks (out of 100) of each candidate to be entered as per list shown in the website for respective Madrasahs. Name and Registration Number of the Candidate must be checked twice before entering the Marks, Submission of Marks must be completed within 4 days i.e within 30th June, 2021.

Marks of Alim candidates of Fiqh, Physical Science, Life Science and Geography should be entered out of 50 marks.

Marks Register of the Madrasah for class IX must be preserved for submission to the Board as and when required.

In case of Casual and Compartmental candidates (CC) of High Madrasah, Alim and Fazil evaluation will be done as per regular candidates. All subjects marks of class IX are required for appeared casual and compartmental candidates of High Madrasah and Alim.

High Madrasah External casual and compartmental candidates evaluation will be on the basis of the External Test Marks conducted by the Board.

Marks sheet will be incomplete if the marks are not submitted within the above mentioned date.

Any discrepancy (অমিল)/Tampering found in the Marks Register as well as in submitted marks in the website shall lead action as per rule.
