U-DISE 2021-2022 Some Important Points
Students Enrolment/Teachers Number
বিদ্যালয়ের Students Enrolment/Teachers Number বর্তমান 2022 বছরের যেই দিন আপনি UDISE Final Submit করবেন সেই দিন হিসেবেই দিবেন। বাংলার শিক্ষা পোর্টাল হিসেবে দিতে হবে। Teacher Number এর ক্ষেত্রে যতজন নতুন Teacher এসেছেন বা Transfer হয়ে গেছেন এর মধ্যে তা দেখাতে হবে।
School Physical Status
বিদ্যালয়ের Building, Toitel, Drinking Water এসব বর্তমান 2022 যা অবস্থা সেটাই দিতে হবে।
Examination Result
Students দের Result এর ঘরে 2021 এর December যে Examination দিয়েছে সেটা দিতে হবে। এবং মাধ্যমিক এবং উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক এর ক্ষেত্রে 2021 February/March নাগাদ যে Examination হয়েছিল সেটা দিতে হবে।
ACR, Class Room, Toilet, Electricity etc
প্রত্যেক বিদ্যালয়কে Minimum একটি করে BOYS TOILET/GIRLS TOILET দেখাতে হবে এবং সেটা যেন অবশ্যই Functional হয়। কোন ভাবেই Toilet কম এবং Dysfunctional দেখানো যাবে না।
বিদ্যালয়ে Electricity নেই সেটা দেখানো যাবে না এবং বিদ্যালয়ে পর্যাপ্ত Drinking Water সুবিধা আছে সেটা দেখাতেই হবে।
আগের বার যেই সংখ্যার Class Room বা অন্যান্য Room ছিল তার থেকে কম দেখানো যাবে না। Room বাড়তে পারে কিন্তু কমানো যাবে না। Toilet এর সংখ্যাও যেন কোনো মতে কমে না যায় বিগত বছরের তুলনায়।
Incentive Different Facilities
Students বিভিন্ন Incentive Facilities যেমন Uniform, Books, Shoe, Escort, Transport, Bicycle Year Current হিসেবে হবে।
Teacher Attendance
Teacher দের Attendance January 2021 থেকে December 2021 পর্যন্ত যে যখন গেছেন সেই হিসাবে Total করে বসাতে হবে।
CWSN (Special Child Identification)
Special Child Identification as per latest Enrolment (Year 2022) হিসেবে করতে হবে এবং দেখে নিতে হবে যেন সেই একই রকম তথ্য Banglar Shiksha Portal এও থাকে। এক্ষেত্রে কোনো অসুবিধে হলে CLRC Special Educator এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে।
Financial Transaction
Financial Transaction এর ক্ষেত্রে April 2021 to March 2022 পর্যন্ত যা লেনদেন হয়েছে তার তথ্য দিতে হবে।

U-DISE+ for 2020-2021
For the year 2020-2021, information for school database will be collected online like last year 2019-2020. It is a sub-model of Banglar Shikha Portal.
General Instruction for U-DISE+
The U-DISE+ software is online in nature. Since all schools may not have internet facility, school are also being given the option of filling the questionnaire /DCF offline where internet facility is not available. However, at the Block/CLRC level, the entire data entry should be made online in U-DISE+ 2020-2021 sub-module.
1. The soft copy of manual and pre-filled DCF of U-DISE+ 2020-2021 for section-1 to section-3 (except Number of Teaching Staff sanction and Subject wise Number of Teaching staff sanction) and section-10.1, 10.2 and 11 to be provided to your end from SPO. You are requested to print out rest of the sections and attach to the pre-filled DCF and to be provided to all Schools.
2. Before filling up checking (Pre-filled data) the DCF, all concerned are requested to go through the manuals for filling up the same properly.
3. The school which have internet access have to provide data directly in the online U-DISE+ software, hosted in Banglar Shikha portal.
4. This year two new information are required to be given:
(i) Schools having source of drinking water beyond 50 meter from their premise (Source of drinking water within 50 meter of the school to be taken as source at school premise)
(ii) Information of schools getting voluntary donations through community mobilization /voluntary effort.
5. Schools that do not have any internet access shall have to fill up the U-DISE+ DCF provided by the districts. The Block MIS Coordinator/ Data Entry Operator shall feed the data of all such schools online using the said U-DISE+ software.
6. The information is to be furnished with respect of all schools in the State as per the U-DISE School code including private schools, Madrasah, Shishu Shiksha Kendra (SSK)/Madhyamik Shiksha Kendra (MSK), KV (Kendriya Vidyalaya), JNV (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya), CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) etc. like previous year. The district should utmost care for covering all schools.
7. Correct and authentic data based on school registers and other office records should be entered in the DCF, Data shall be provided as on 30th September 2020 except in the case of those items for which it has been specifically (বিশেষভাবে) stated that data for the previous academic year or the current academic year should be provided. Financial data pertains to the period from 1st April to 31st March of each completed year. In enrolment section data should be matched with latest student database of Banglar Shiksha Portal and also current status of Physical Facilities and Equipment's section data should be provided.
8. All data must be verified by the following:
(i) For Senior Secondary and Secondary schools; Principal/Vice Principal.
(ii) For Elementary Schools; Head Teachers/ Head Master
(iii) For Primary Schools and Upper Primary Schools; Head Teachers/ Teacher in Charge
The above mentioned authorities should be very careful in filling up the data and ensure that the data is correct. Full responsibility has to be taken by the concerned filling up the data.
9. In case the school is directly filling the online questionnaire/ DCF, then it will have to give completed details of the person who is uploading the information.
10. In case of Schools filling Online DCF, Filled-up DCF by schools and 100% checking by Shikha Bandhus to be done and keep the DCFs in schools for data entry directly from concerned schools having internet facility.
11. In case of Schools not having internet facility, they shall fill in Offline DCF, 100% checking has to be done by the Shikha Bandhus for these. Filled-up DCF by schools and then it is to be submitted to CLRC attached to Block MIS unit.
12. Foe operation of U-DISE+ 2020-2021 particularly issues of filling up -Training and Procedure and Monitoring and convergence, all concerned are requested to consult the previous year's guideline.
13. In case of any clarification/seeking explanation, all concerned are requested to communicate State MIS cell, PBSSM (Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Mission).

The U-DISE+ application has been made ready by NIC for final deployment to facilitate the end user for online Data Entry for the year 2020-2021.
You are requested to initiate the process of U-DISE+ 2020-21 by distribution the DCF to all schools immediately and filled up DCF to be checked thoroughly for ensuring 100% consistency of information as collected at CRC level and consistent DCF to be placed at entry point for immediate starting of data entry.
In case of the district having no MIS-in-Charge at present, they are requested to engage the previous MIS-in-Charge for carrying out the same.
A copy of the DCF (Data Capture Format) along with instruction manual, calendar of activities and guidelines for collection of the said data for the year 2020-21 is enclosed herewith for your information.
You are requested to complete the data entry of U-DISE+ 2020-21 by 10th August 2021.

Important instruction regarding U-DISE 2020-2021
(i) Reference Date: 30th September 2020 হবে না, হবে 25th June 2021
(ii) Current Academic Session হবে 2021. ফর্মে যেখানে Current Academic Session লেখা আছে সেখানে 2021 সালের ডেটা দিতে হবে।
(iii) Previous Academic Year হবে 2020. ফর্মে যেখানে Previous Academic Session লেখা আছে সেখানে 2020 সালের ডেটা দিতে হবে।
(iv) Receipts and Expenditure financial Year 2019-2020 হবে। অর্থাৎ এই সালের জন্য যে টাকা ঢুকেছে বা খরচ হয়েছে সেটা দেখাতে হবে।
(v) Teacher Details এর ক্ষেত্রে 2021 সালে যারা নতুন যোগ দিয়েছেন তাদের দেখাতে হবে। Teacher Attendance এর ক্ষেত্রে Previous Academic Year 2020 সালে যতদিন স্কুলে গিয়েছেন যেমন-Mid-day-Meal ইত্যাদি সেটা দিতে হবে আর নতুনদের ক্ষেত্রে 0 (zero) হবে।
(vi) Enrollment হবে 2021 সালের কিন্তু Class-X এর Enrollment হবে যারা Class-IX থেকে Class-X এ প্রোমোট হয়েছে এবং Class-XI এর Enrollment ঘর ফাঁকা থাকবে যেহেতু Class-X এর রেজাল্ট বেরিয়ে Class-XI ভর্তি শুরু হয়নি যদি final submit এর আগে Class-X এর Result বেরিয়ে Class-XI ভর্তি আরাম্ভ হয় তাহলে তখন Class-XI এর Enrollment টা একটু আপডেট করে নিতে হবে।
(vii) Annual Examination Result হবে 2020 সালের সে Class-IV বা Class-V বা Class-VIII বা Class-X বা Class-XII.
(viii) Incentives and Facilities (free Textbooks, Uniforms, Transport facility, Escort, Bicycle) ইত্যাদি 2020 সালের হবে।
(ix) Number of instructional days (previous academic year) ও 2020 সালের হবে।
(x) Physical Facilities and Equipments in Schools এর ক্ষেত্রে Room বা Toilet বা অন্যান্য কোনো জিনিস যেন আগের বছরের তুলনায় কম না হয় কিন্তু বাড়তে পারে। যদি কোনো স্কুলের Room বা Toilet বা অন্যান্য কোনো জিনিস খারাপ হয়ে গিয়ে থাকে তাহলে FJE এর Certificate নিয়ে স্কুলকে চিঠি করতে হবে DPO Office-এ।
Guideline for U-DISE+ 2020-2021
(i) Teachers attendanceDue to outbreak of Covid Pandemic, Teachers were asked to attain for different activities like preparation of Activity Tasks, Assessment of Activity Tasks, conducting on-line classes wherever possible, besides, they also supervised works related to sanitization of schools, Distribution of masks, distribution of Soaps, distribution of Mid-day-Meal, distribution of Textbooks maintaining Covid protocol. They were also involved in Digital Teaching Learning process, Distance teaching learning process through TV channel, Radio as directed by the concerned school authority.
(ii) Instructional days of school as well as schooling hour and children hour for elementary and Secondary & Higher Secondary level school.
(iii) Examination Result
Evaluation and assessment was done during Digital Teaching Learning process, distance teaching learning process through TV channel, Radio. In case of distribution of activity tasks, the field up answer scripts by the children were returned to the school teacher for evaluation and assessment of further course of action.
Based on the above stated process of evaluation and assessment, all eligible children enrolled in 2020 were promoted to the next higher class in 2021 as per instruction of the school authority.
Clarification is hereby sought for i.c.w the points mentioned below
(a) As per instruction given during the VC held on 14.06.2021 it was told that instead of the data fetched earlier based on 30th September of previous year, in U-DISE 2020-21 Enrolment data will have to be filled based on current record available in Banglar Shiksha Portal. But in Banglar Shiksha Portal, students of Class-XI have been promoted to Class-XII and no data is available now for Class-XI. Then in U-DISE 2020-21, which enrolment to be put for Class-XI ?
(b) Examination data has to be filled for previous years. Then in U-DISE 2020-21, Examination data will be put for which Academic year ?
(c) For Financial data, please specify periods of current and previous financial year for U-DISE 2020-21.
(d) For Teacher data also if the current record to be fetched based on Banglar Shiksha Portal, then deputed Teachers to be included in which school ? As per previous instruction, deputed teachers were kept in the schools in which they were deputed but in Banglar Shiksha Portal, they are shown in the schools in which they were recruited.
- As instructed in the last V.C. the enrolment in the Balglar Shiksha Portal is to be reflected in UDISE+ 2020-21 database. Based on this principal, the district authorities have already started recording of class wise enrolment from Banglar Shiksha Portal from Pre-Primary to Class-X and Class-XII.
- As informed from district in case of Class-XI enrolment, the district authority could not record the enrolment due to still pending of promotion of Class-X student to Class-XI in 2020-21 academic session.
- As informed from the authority of School Education Department (SED), the process of publishing the result of Class-X student is in process and they will be promoted to Class-XI very soon.
- Therefore, it has been suggested that they may be counted after getting admission in Class-XI.
