Application are invited for empanelment of Auditors (CA Firms) to take up the Audit of Non-Government Aided (Upper Primary, Junior High, High, High Secondary) School's Account, West Bengal for the year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

Invitation of application for formation of panel of willing Auditors (CA Firms) to take up the audit of Non-Government Aided (Upper Primary, Junior High, High, High Secondary) Schools for the financial year of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 as per GO No. 1598-Edn(S) dated 15.07.1969 read as sub rules-14 and 930 GA dated 16.05.2013.

With reference to the subject mentioned above, I would like to inform that the Directorate of School Education, Bikash Bhavan, 7th Floor, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700 091 has made an arrangement for receiving the application forms of the willing Auditors who are the members of the CA Institute on and from 7th October 2021 to 26th November 2021 between 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and 2:30 to 3:30 pm on week days only. Such applications are to be address of the Commissioner, School Education Directorate, West Bengal, Bikash Bhavan, 7th Floor, GA Section, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700 091.

You are therefore kindly requested to upload the above information with proper documents along with other requirements for invitation of application from eligible auditors for the audit works of Non-Government Aided (Upper Primary, Junior High, High, High Secondary) School's Accounts, West Bengal for the year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

Application forms received by this Directorate, will be forwarded on 3rd December 2021 by 3:00 pm to upload a provisional list of application received from this Office in your web-site on 6th December 2021, requesting the members to check the list for discrepancies if any. If any member has any query in connection with the entitlement of enlisting his/her name, may contact the Commissioner, School Education, West Bengal by 8th December 2021 with valid documentary evidences, If on verification, it is found that his/her case is genuine, his/her name may be enlisted in the final list.
