The question of enhancement of remuneration of contractual Computer Instructors (5587 at present) under ICT @ School Project who have been brought under Notification No. 192-IT/06/2020/P&AR-e-Gov dated 16.10.2020 of Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department was under consideration of the Government for some time past.

2. After careful consideration of the matter, the undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that Governor has been pleased to decide that the remuneration of the aforementioned contractual Computer Instructors under ICT @ School Project shall be Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only per month with effect from 01.11.2022.

3. Necessary actions in this regard, have to be taken by the concerned DDOs.

4. This is issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department Gr P2 vide UO No. Group P2/2022-2023/0626 dated 14.12.2022.

In terms of School Education Department (Planning and Budget Branch)'s No.342-SE(P&B) dated 27.12.2022, it is hereby ordered that the Monthly Remuneration/ Professional Fees in respect of Contractual Computer Instructors under ICT @ School Project who were brought under the direct control of the Government of West Bengal in pursuance of P & AR's Notification No. 192-IT/06/2020/P&AR e-Gov dated 16.10.2020 working at 25 Government Schools and different Aided/ Sponsored Schools under School Education Department, West Bengal shall be Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only with effect from 01.11.2022.

Hence, all concerned D.D.Os are requested to take immediate necessary action in this regard.
This arrangement will remain in force until further order.
