Whereas in its solemn order dated 10.02.2023 in WPA 18585 of 2021 (Laxmi Tunga & Ors vs State of West Bengal & Ors) Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta was pleased to direct the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for cancellation of the recommendations issued amongst 2823 Group D candidates in connection with 3rd Regional Level Selection Test (NT), 2016, who were reported by CBI as of having manipulations found in their OMR data, 
And
Whereas the Central School Service Commission has found that 1911 recommendations were issued among the 2823 candidates as noted above,

Hence, in terms of the aforesaid solemn order of the Hon’ble High Court in connection with WPA 18585 of 2021 dated 10.02.23, the recommendations of 1911 candidates (as in Annexure A) are hereby cancelled today in compliance to the direction of Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta as noted above.
